INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 grams tortellini
  • 400 g of cooked ham (in a single slice)
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 jar of cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 small glass of white wine

PREPARATION:

 

  • Cut the ham into small cubes.
  • Place in a pan with a knob of butter and brown it.
  • Add the white wine and the lasire over medium heat, waiting for the wine evaporates.
  • When the wine has almost evaporated, add a few tablespoons of cream.
  • Turn right and extinguish the fire.
  • Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water until al dente and drain it.
  • Wipe the pan with the ham and pour the remaining cream, stirring thoroughly.
  • Serve with a sprinkling of pepper.
