400 g of pasta butterflies
300 g of mushrooms in oil
2 tomatoes, cut into strips
extra virgin olive oil
sweet mustardsweet mustard
Salt Pepper

PREPARATION::

Cook the pasta al dente, drain and let cool with a jet of cold water faster. Drain again, pat dry and pour in the salad bowl. Add in the mushrooms in oil, drained well and cut into small pieces if necessary, the tomato slices and rocket. Season with 4 tablespoons of oil diluted in a sweet mustard, salt, pepper and serve immediately.
